For eyebrows & lashes:
— Apply a tiny amount with a clean spoolie or

— For lashes, use a clean mascara wand
— Leave overnight and rinse in the morning
— Use daily for best results

For skin:
— Apply a small amount to dry areas, scars, 
  or stretch marks
— Massage in circular motions until absorbed
— Use morning and night
